THRESHOLD PRACTICE

In this intimate online session, we'll work with trance states and intuitive mark-making to create personal symbols - gathering the essence of 2024 while crafting intentions for 2025. The practice draws from hypnosis, mediumship, and years of guiding others through periods of transformation.
No artistic experience needed. Our focus is on developing your own symbolic language through intuitive practice.
Through guided visualization, you'll create marks that capture your year's journey, weaving them into a single piece that holds both reflection and intention. Then, through meditation and writing, you'll transform your deepest wishes for 2025 into personal sigils - symbols charged with your purpose.
We'll work in small groups to share each other's symbols and the stories they hold, closing with activation practices you can continue into the new year.
What you’ll receive:
- Session recording for use during future transitions
- Written prompts for continued practice
- Sigil activation and ritual guide
Materials needed:
- Unlined paper
- Pen, marker, charcoal, whatever you like
- Journal
- Private, quiet space
- Candle (optional)
- Water
WHY WE WORK WITH SIGILS
Sigils are personal symbols that distill your intentions into visual form. Unlike generic symbols, they carry meaning unique to you. Working with sigils allows us to bypass analytical thinking and access deeper layers of knowing. When we create them in community, the process becomes even more potent - our individual symbols contributing to a collective experience.
