A six-week journey exploring grief through symbol, ritual, and creative practice. In these intimate online gatherings, we make space for loss in all its forms - the death of loved ones, the end of relationships, shifts in identity, and inherited grief. This is a place to explore your experience without pressure to move through it quickly or find immediate answers.
No artistic experience needed. Our focus is on developing personal practices that help us navigate grief with care and intention. Limited to 8 participants. One scholarship spot available.
What you'll receive:
- Individual soul reading to begin your journey
- Weekly two-hour group sessions
- Private portal with recordings and guides
- Ritual frameworks for ongoing practice
- Small group witnessing circles
WHY WE WORK WITH SYMBOLS
Symbols help us express what's difficult to put into words. They become bridges between our private experiences and our shared humanity. Through art-making and ritual, we find new ways to hold our stories. In witnessing each other's symbols, we create space for grief to be seen and honored.
Note: While therapeutic experiences may arise, this is not group therapy or counseling. If you're seeking clinical support, I'm happy to provide referrals to grief counselors.
